* If you need a MySQL database, please provide me with the desired database name, username, and password. If one is needed for a Fantastico installion, then you do not need to ask for one (I will make one automatically)

Rules/Requirements
  1. You must already own a website. If not, you must provide both graphics and coding examples so that I can see what you are capable of. If you do not currently own a website, put link(s) with examples of your work in the "Anything Else?" section.
  2. No immature or inappropriate content. This includes porn, excessive cursing, illegal files, racism, hate sites, etc.
  3. Keep in contact with me! Afterall, I'm the one paying for this domain and hosting you for free.
  4. Something, anything, must be uploaded/on your site after I host you within a week (even a blank index page is fine!)
  5. You must update your site at least once a month. If something comes up, or you're on hiatus, a comment/tag/e-mail would be nice.
  6. As a courtesy, it'd be nice if you linked to me on your site. You don't HAVE to but it's always nice.
  7. Please type "poop on yo face!" somewhere (anywhere) within the "Anything Else?" field so that I know you read my rules.
  8. You must give me your real name, or alias. No screen names like "lilhottgurl27."
  9. You must provide a valid e-mail address.
  10. You must know FTP. If not, you can take a look at my FTP tutorial.
  11. Visitors are not allowed to direct-link. I don't need people eating up my bandwidth.
